Varieties:
Trebbiano di Soave, Garganega.
Region: Soave Hills.
Soil: Soil of volcanic origin with basalt formations, rich in potassium, magnesium as well as calcium.
Harvest: Late September.
Winemaking Method: Grapes are crushed and then delicately pressed to extract the juice, which is stored in stainless steel fermentation tanks at a controlled temperature of 15°C. This temperature ensures the grape aromas and fruit fragrance are preserved.
Ageing: The wine spends a minimum of 4 months in stainless steel before being bottled.
Profile: A pale straw yellow wine with fresh, fruity notes that are indicative of the varieties used. Soft, with distinctive hints of fruit including melon, pear and ripe apple, with a long, lingering finish.
Food Suggestion: Appetisers, fish and white meat.
Storage/Cellaring: 1 year in bottle, laid down in a cool, dark place.
