Nero D’Avola: Nero d’Avola is a native grape variety, cultivated in all the Sicilian territory. Our wine is made from grapes harvested by hand 100% Nero d’Avola, aged for a year in barrels. It has red cherry colour, scented sweet notes of vanilla and intensely spicy: cinnamon, memories of mint, and a fruity plum; lively acidic. Delicious on the palate, with hints of herbs and cherry, it is persistent and very pleasant in its touch of coffee.
