IGT Sicilia BIO (75 Cl)

Sauvignon Blanc: Sauvignon Blanc is an international variety, fully adapted itself to the hot Sicilian territory, that gives us a wine with good structure, delicate and fragrant as our jasmine. Our wine is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes, harvested by hand and always whole pressed. The colour is pale yellow; in opening it has aromas of herbs, such as sage and tomato leaf, and then releases scent of fresh pineapple and elderberry. The palate is well structured, with noticeable acidity but well balanced by alcohol.
