Grillo: The Grillo is a native Sicilian vine white grape, which has particular importance for the production of Marsala wine, as it is one of the grape varieties used. The Grillo Zagara & Jasmine is a young and fresh wine, aged in steel. The colour is golden yellow reminiscent of the ripe wheat, with green highlights, typical of the olive trees that surround our territory. This wine has fresh aromas of apple and almond, the taste is dry, harmonic and persistent.
