Description: Fine bubbles and once on the nose bursts typical aromas of Muscat, delicate, persistent with flavours of orange blossom, golden apple, and bread crust with a Mediterranean feel.  Pleasant in the mouth, elegant with medium-low Sugar content and good acidity.  All-round delicate, fresh, balanced and well-structured.
